O-M-G...Trader Joe's has cheddar chocolate cheese! Sounds strange but it is delightful! Very nice cheddar, and the chocolate is more of an aftertaste, it is actually quite subtle when you eat the cheese. Having this in my fridge will test my resolve, but we all need testing from time to time :)
B: Steel-cut oats/egg whites/skim milk/coffee
L: Forgot most of it at home...had a veggie crepe with roasted skinless chicken (chicken from home).
S: small amount of berries with 1/3 cup no-fat Greek yogurt

1 hour workout with 15 minutes walking, 45 minutes weights
D small roasted skinless chicken with sauteed watercress with green onions (used spray, not real olive oil), This was AWESOME! I am now a watercress convert :) 1 square 72% dark chocolate
chocolate cheese does sound weird.
Handful of walnuts before strength/core class. This class almost killed me. Seriously, I started thinking I am way too old for this sh*t!

S: I forgot my snack, so I ate my apple that was supposed to be for lunch on the way home. My last client cancelled, so I was eating in the car around 4 PM.
D: 2 pieces sheep's milk cheese, glass of red wine. DH made me Valentine's dinner, 7 oz. filet mignon pan seared with wine, medley of zucchini and mushrooms, new potatoes, one piece dark chocolate.
Yesterday:
B: Tea with sugar and half-and-half. I wasn't all that hungry, for some reason
L: Bean soup with various veggies, sausage and bacon. (And now I don't have to see it again!)
S: Veggies (carrots, celery, red and yellow bell pepper strips) with roasted red pepper hummus, almonds
D: Persian food! One of my friends brought in food for us to try, and we ate all of it. 3/4 of a pita, chicken with celery and beans, rice with beef and herbs, and a chicken and potato salad. Nom nom nom.
S: Bowl of coconut rice pudding.
B: turkey breast with tomatoes on one slice of whole wheat bread, an orange, coffee

L: home made chicken salad with a chopped apple mixed in. Half a deli flat.

D: A saute of chicken sausage, red, yellow and green bell pepper strips and onion, with brown/wild rice mix and a salad
S (planned): Probably white tea while I study for my stats test, with a bowl of rice pudding.
B: 2 dried apricots and almonds before gym, one hour of weights and core, egg white/one egg omelette with goat cheese and spinach, Greek yogurt and blueberries, whole wheat cereal

B: red bell pepper stuffed with tuna, melted cheddar, small bowl of whole wheat flakes and 1% milk, coffee
L: I had my monthly consultation group with my grad school friends. It starts at 10:30 and goes to 1:00. I managed to eat lots of pepper slices with yogurt dip, 3 pieces of cheese, 3 whole wheat crackers, an orange slice, none of the bad stuff. When I got home, I had half a turkey sandwich on whole wheat and then went for a 21 mile ride.

D: went out with friends to a great restaurant. Had a winter vegetable salad and grilled salmon with hoisin sauce and whole wheat soba noodles, one glass of red wine. I ate all of the salmon and about 1/3 of the noodles.
Yesterday was bad.
Today should be better, but I already had a piece of that delicious cinnamon swirl bread I impulsively bought at the bakery yesterday. GRARGH. I will make James eat all of it. Maybe my chickens would enjoy it... ;)
