No change for me. I deserved it. I didn't do what I should have done and I did lots of things that I shouldn't have...I'm kind of glad that my body is giving me accurate feedback.
I got back on the right path a couple of days ago and I already feel better. Here's to next week! :)

I am definitely going to join the next round of challenge. i suppose I will weigh-in tomorrow morning and get moving? I don't have that much to lose, so hopefully I will be done before July :D (not likely with my chocolate addiction...)

Apparently I forgot to put in my weight. 125.
I finally broke through the 157 barrier!!! 156.3 for me this week.
I won't make my goal (unless I'm willing to chop off half my arm), but I'm totally ok with it. If I can break into the 155's before the end of this challenge, I'll consider it a whopping success. :cool:
I am 137 again this week...I am oh so close to my goal...
138.2 this week - that is the wrong direction and I am so close to my goal! However, I am cycling a LOT more than I was & my trainer has been really increasing my strength training in both weight and intensity. My diet hasn't changed so can only assume I am gaining muscle...
Still frustrating though.
