Holding at 115. Lots of walking,jogging,and biking but not budging. Oh well. I probably need to look at what Im eating since when DH and I ride we seem to ride to eat and on the way back we get ice cream.
This week looks like 169
Hmmmm... I seem to be steady but that isn't what I want! 159.5 this week.
174.2. Ok, really? I'm losing at a rate of 0.2 lbs a week? At this speed, it will take me 4-5 yrs to get where I need to. :) I shouldn't complain, I've been lax at everything I need to be doing. But I am having to laugh at the 0.2 lbs. :)
- will skip that one (one missing observation cannot hurt :) ) and will post this Friday.

I am NOT ready to weigh in tomorrow. Overall I have done all my workouts. But my eating and drinking (I admit I am wino) is not been well controlled. Having a bad week and definitely into the "don't give a crap about eating healthy" mode.

Managed my goal of holding steady through two weeks of travel. Now down 2 lbs after a week at home. 178.2.
I am 151, although I had tougher rides this week. Must be Maggie's endless strawberry birthday cake with strawberry icing.....

139.4. :) Wow, I sorta never actually thought I'd see the 130s again. I've been sick all week so I've missed all of my spin and swim classes and just ate what I wanted. I figure getting better was better than losing, but I somehow lost anyway. (now if I can just knock this stupid cough)
Whoa. I just realized this means I've lost about 10 lbs since last year. Whoa.
