L: Home-made white bean chicken chili, raw carrots
S: Balance Gold protein bar
40 minute weights session, 25 on the ArcTrainer
Dinner was the last of the white bean chicken chili with added spinach. I was still hungry so finished up with a small apple and some non-fat cottage cheese.

L: I met Hirakukibou for lunch at an Italian market/cafe. salad with fresh mozzarella, artichokes, red pepper and vinaigrette, small cup of tomato and orzo soup, skim milk mocha latte

D: went out for dinner before theatre. The restaurant kind of sucked.

L: mixed green salad with chicken, blackberries, no-fat cottage cheese, onion, tomatoes - (the cottage cheese basically replaces the dressing & I've been told this is strange but it is yummy)
S: Balance bar (went to the movies and this was the only way to resist yummy butter dripping popcorn :eek:

All in all not too bad, but back to normal today

Better today...sort of
B: bran cereal, skim milk, a few almonds
L: (coffee hour at church) 1 hot dog, 1/2 hot dog bun
D: Homemade bean soup (17 bean mix with barley, brown rice, tomatoes, onion, celery, carrots, spinach) with 1 chicken garlic sausage. 1 beer ...LOTS of soup left over for freezer and meals this week ;)

L: 2 slices chicken sausage, onion and garlic pizza
S: 1/3 or less of a bag of sour Skittles, kettle corn...I ate the whole bag.:o
D: Of sorts. 1/2 a container of Fage 2% (the other half ended up in curry, because it was the smallest container of plain yogurt I could find that wasn't fat-free). Granola, pineapple chunks on the side.

L: salmon salad made with non-fat Greek yogurt, on a bed of red lettuce and grape tomatoes, after 30 minute interval work out on the trainer

D: chicken breast, stuffed with Greek yogurt, chives, green onion, with sauteed asparagus, garlic, and turnips, glass of red wine, 1 piece dark chocolate
