133.5 sigh...
I know I shouldn't be complaining, this *(Y_&& ice storm has really affected my workout schedule this week and I've been eating more since I've been home with time on my hands. Must. Stop. That.
Limewave, I may be misremembering this, but didn't you start out over 200? If it was you I'm thinking of, would you recap some of your strategies? I see you're on a mtb in your avatar picture. Is that style of riding more effective than road riding for you?
I'm also missing Texas Red and KenyonChris. Texas Red was another big girl who had had some success losing weight while cycling. I wonder how she's doing. Chris got married. I guess she got busy, but I miss her posts about being a bike-riding police officer.

190#:(
No idea what my weight is at this point, but I have lost a half inch off of my hips and the bottom part of my quads are bigger. I guess the squats and suffer session spins classes are paying off finally.:)
I'm traveling and nowhere near a scale to weigh in this week. (But since I've been subject to restaurant eating and out of my environment/schedule all week, that might be a good thing.)

I am 140.2 this week. I started swimming this week, since I am going to do a Sprint Triathlon for my 50th birthday in April. I jogged a little too, will try to do more next week and bike 3 times.
hanging at 137 .... still. I had better control over the calories in, just didn't work too hard on the calories out.
Maintain is better than gain for me.
I'm skipping weigh-in again this week. After a couple weeks of trying to lose weight and reducing my calories, I started suffering from anxiety, stress, and binging!!! That's not what I wanted at all. The goal is to be fit and healthy, not skinny and crazy! So, I've changed strategies again, increased my calorie intake. I'll check-in with the scale after a few more days.
So far, I feel much better. No binging. Eating more nutritionally dense foods. Better rest. More energy for workouts. Pants seem to be fitting better. :)
228 for me.
I am one month without fast food and I've been rewarding myself weekly with a sports therapy massage at my chiropractor's office. The money I would have spent on a fast food lunch and/or breakfast is now being spent on pampering myself in a positive way that benefits my overal fitness plan rather than destroys it.
Yes. I'm feeling good about this.

131.4 today. All this winter weather is making it awfully easy to just sit on the couch and veg...
Roxy, using the money saved from not eating fast food for massages is brilliant!

Thanks for doing this!
A website that's really helped me track calories in\calories out is My Fitness Pal. I use the same name if you want to friend me!
I'm scared to weigh in. As of today, I'm one pound up from where I was last week. By tomorrow at my official Weight Watchers weigh-in it just might be two.
4 days of being snowed in is murder on my eating plan. I'm a boredom eater, and even tho I've tried to do other things to occupy my time, it's not worked. I still eat. Oh the junk I've eaten...
I'll post my official weight tomorrow. It's not going to be pretty...
