Managed to get back to the gym tonight and the scale said 65.5kg.
I've been biking all spring but oddly enough, ever since I started riding hardcore, I stopped paying attention to the scale! Turns out I've probably been over consuming calories because I haven't lost any weight-- granted-- I am aware I've replaced fat with muscle... but there's still plenty of flab to lose!
I'm thus going to pay closer attention and join the May/June weight loss thread :)
Start weight was yesterday with 158 lbs.
Today I woke up at 157.5.
oooohhh question: is the goal for the end of june? or goal in general?
If it's the goal in general, my goal is 140.
We put the goal down for each 8-week period. Personally, I find it a bit easier to take it in small increments. :) So for this challenge, it is the goal for 3 July. And welcome!

Wow - -glad I weighed in before the weekend. A long weekend of eating and drinking, some working out, but a hard work week before that, and low and behold... I gained 2 lb in 4 days! Lots of work to do before this week's weigh in! Ugh. I hate holidays -- they always disrupt the routine that is working.
I did another century this weekend, and then two shorter rides, but I'm afraid to weigh myself. Feeling down and don't want to add to it. So, how about if I just judge on if I can zip up the dress I'm trying to get into by July? Two weeks ago, it wouldn't zip. :(
That's a great judge. You can't let a scale alter your mood when you're a hard working lady! Go by look and fit!
