Lake Sandals

Hi Ladies,
I just ordered the lake sandals (2 strap) in my normal size 39/40 (I'm a 39). They were way too big. So I returned them and got the 37/38 and I'm not sure they fit right. The end of the sandal curves up and the tops of my toes touch that, but the "bump" on the sole fits beneath my toes right if that makes sense. I guess it feels wierd and I want to know if that's what they're supposed to feel like. Considering my riding days are number in Wisconsin for sandals I'd rather know now if I want to send them back then let them sit all winter. I'd appreciate your thoughts on cycling sandals and what brand you wear.

I have the Lakes, and my toes fit over the bump but don't touch the top edge. I think it might be uncomfortable if your toes do touch the top ... I dunno, if you bought the sandals here at TE you could always call for advice.
