A good book on bike repair and maintance???

Ok ladys I need help.
As I have mentioned in other threads I live out in a rual area (85miles from LBS) and my dear hubby (who is not a bike person unless it has a moter on it) has desided that he will do my maintance repairs ect. for me. He owns an after hours repair business. Any way we need a good book that covers all the stuff he need to keep me up and peddling down the road. Which one do you recommend that will cover everything on a 2001 road bike?
