Velo Girls Coaching Services presents Girls Got Skills, coached by the lovely and talented team of Lorri Lee Lown and Sarah Lightfoot, on September 23rd & 24th. This two-day clinic covers all the primary and advanced riding skills necessary to become a more confident and successful rider and racer. We also include lectures on nutrition, training plan design, and perform an AT test/time trial to establish HR training zones.

We've been coaching this clinic several times a year to rave reviews for the past four years. This will be the last time we offer Girls Got Skills in 2006.
