Delish microwave dinner
I try to keep some frozen dinners on hand--it beats yet another pb&j sometimes! :p
Tried a new thing: Kashi Lime Cilantro Shrimp. Since I live off Kashi Heart to Heart cereal every morning, I figured I couldn't go too far wrong.
It is DELICIOUS! Needs a bit of salt, as they all do, but the shrimp is tasty, the grains are chewy, the veggies not mushy, and the flavor, well, delish! 250 calories, 12 gm protein, 6 gm fiber, 8 gm fat, 2 gm sat fat, 0 trans fat.
Try it! I'm going to look for other varieties, too.

Oh my, I just found their website, I want to try these. This sounds yummy:
Lemon Rosemary Chicken
Chicken marinated with lemon and rosemary, grilled then sliced. Served with baby Portobello mushrooms and sugar snap peas over our Kashi® 7 Whole Grains Pilaf, and topped with lemon rosemary sauce.

The pilaf alone is great. I wonder if they sell that separately...
