Specialized Recall!!

Specialized has recalled the Carbon stem that is on the following 2006 bikes....S- Works Tarmac, Tarmac Pro, S-Works Roubaix, Roubaix Pro, Allezz Pro, and S- Works Transition. The S-Works carbon stem in question has a magnesium faceplate on the stem and the faceplate is black... it also has the wording "magnesium faceplate"printed on it. The stem was also sold as an aftermarket product and was named S- Works advanced composite mag road stem.

The stems in question, were sold from June 2005 through April 2006. Any questions can be directed to your local Specialized dealer.
