I don't know if anyone saw this article today in the New York Times (online edition), regarding Floyd.
I wanted to post it here, for those of you who haven't read it.

Wow, that's amazing.
Thanks!
owie! :( edited to lengthen my message to at least 10 characters.
Bicycling.com broke the news about that last night, with a less detailed article. When I first read it, it was like hearing about Operation Puerto the day before the Tour Prologue. Reading the Times article this morning, though, really reinforced my admiration for Floyd. The guy is like a walking Nike ad-- He just does it. And he's funny as hell, to boot! I really, really want to see him win the Tour, get that surgery, then come back to do it again next year.
If it's possible- I like him even more now. Go Floyd!!!!
I would love to see him win!!! :D
Boy, me too, my new american hero! :)
Wow, that must be scary for him, deciding when to get it replaced. I remember reading about him, how he always sat down all the time. Now we really know why.
Unbelieveable. Now there's a champion.
wow. amazing. i knew there was a reason i liked him. i love listening to him when the interview him. so quite and mild mannored or atleast all the interviews i've seen him in.
still having a hard time getting over the fact he kinda looks like kid rock though.
I prefer to think that Kid Rock looks like Floyd.Quote:

RM, I read in a book that his parents support him, and traveled to a big race (TDF? TDG??) and held up signs that said "We Support Floyd Landis."
Wow. That is truly amazing.
Wow, wow, wow. Unreal.
