into the mountains again

can't seem to stay away. :D

I went up into the Couer d"Alene's with 7 guys the other day, a trip my favorite LBS guy put together. It was rainy and snowy up at the top but omigosh, was the singletrack sweet... if a little damp. It just may be the best ride of the season. If the weather holds, I'm taking a group of my regulars up there this weekend.

Happy to say I held my own with all those guys, too.

Those photos are gorgeous! What a wonderful area you rode in. I can see why you'd want to go back. That rocky part of the trail looks challenging...... to say the least. I'd be walking for sure! But the other shots look like there's some very rideable, beautiful single track. Your usual group will be lucky indeed if you take them there.
