Wanted: SoCal Riders

Hello SoCal Riders,

I've been riding about once a week for two months, and I'm checking around to see if anyone would like to ride with me, occasionally.

I've been learning bike skills at a pretty fast rate. Most of it experiential, learn-as-you-ride.

My favorite ride so far was in Mammoth last month. To give those of you who have been there an idea as to my skill level, my favorite trail was Downtown! I loved it and learned alot about corners, speed, and loose surfaces. (Especially on the other trail I did, Way Home)

My skills have improved since then, however. Example: Recently I did my first downhills @ around 30mph, I'd say. And I've just initiated my first pair of clip-in shoes.

I'm also beginning my search for trail riders who are:

In SoCal.
OK with beginners.
Female.

My mind pic is to collect some friends who ride together for fun and safety. We can develop our skills together, or I can build to your level(s).
