I am not sure but certainly want to read the second part! Maybe it will help to google the author too?
don't we have a few women on here who are from NZ?? Maybe they know about Steve Hogg, the author?
I believe that this is one of the primary reasons that Terry works with two different sized wheels for their bikes smaller than 19". By using a 24" on the front, you can shorten the top tube and avoid toe/wheel overlap, without disturbing the angle of the seat tube.
