You could get it on line at trisports.com I think. I wouldn't put it in a Camelback. Sometimes my water bottle has "sustain" sludge at the bottom of it. Kind of gross.

I order Hammer on-line (e-caps.com). If you order a lot (i forgot the amount) you get free shipping. Now if you join the "Team Hammer" you can get free shipping as well. I don't order often but when I do, I get a few jugs of Perpetuem and Heed (I like it better in summer and for swimming) and some gel.
