encouraging story!

I just got back from North Carolina. I was working there on a sand sculpture for a furniture convention. It was a great client. Supplied some wonderful food and entertainment for clients. There was this 5 piece band playing next to us all day. My husband and I became friends with the leader of the band and the singer.They are a couple. The last night of our job they invited us to join them for dinner. As we were talking over dinner we found out that Wally and he's wife (the singer) were big time bike enthusiasts. And then they told us Wally had lost 150 pounds in the past 2 1/2 years from biking!. He still has about 90 pounds to loose. But how cool is that. We praised he's accomplishment. It is so awsome to see biking really making a huge impact on someone's lives. Isn't that cool?

Totally! :) Stories like that, plus the success stories here on this forum will (I hope!!)help encourage all the courageous women here to keep after their weight loss/fitness goals. Thanks for posting that. :)

it inspired me that's forsure! Now for my first bike ride in 3 weeks.
