Hi all,
I'm not a big fan of a lot of padding. My current favorite pair of shorts is an old school pair of PIs that have just a tiny bit of leather (probably synthetic) chamois that I bought off of EBay. So I'm looking for a new pair of shorts that don't make me feel like I'm wearing a diaper. I looked at Sugois today, and so far those seem the most like what I'm looking for.
I also want grippy legs.
Any suggestions?

I think a lot of triathlon specific shorts are fairly skim on the padding (so that they will dry quickly).
Shebeest makes shorts that have the Hourglass or Body Molded chamois... they are both really thin.
Very light padding. Basically just soft fleece type material. I wear them for spinning and any ride under 50 miles. I couldn't find them on Sugoi's site so I'm going to stock up while they are available.

Bouré shorts/knickers have fairly thin padding, but no grippy stuff on the legs, which actually I like better because I'm chubby.

THese are FABULOUS shorts and knickers, handmade by a shop in Durango.
I have only these, they are the only thing that fits if you are very hippy, and hourglass, like me.
They also have a relatively thin chamois.
