Season 2006-Out of Ottawa

My friend and I took our first recreational pedal on Sunday-put in 40kms. Nice strong northwest wind-pretty chill-but-dry roads! The fact that neither of us could move at the end of the day was a giggle. So-it was just wonderful to have company along the meandering way-and our pace is a poke-along sort of thing-which was also well matched...........The saddle on my bike-G*d***. I have adjusted it again as my sit bones are in the key of ouch--and at present I cannot tell if it's just because I haven't ridden for 3 months-or-it truly needs to be moved to make for better placement. At any rate-will now pay better attention to nutrition and the like-to make the rides Better. All in all though--it was Wonderful to be back out there!
