Sexual health: concerned about nerve damage

Hi there,

I have been commuting by bike for the last 8 months and have noticed significant change in my sexual sensitivity. I am experiencing less pleasure and more pain during sex and feel pretty sure it's linked to the increase in cycling as this happened to me once before during a long-distance tour. I'm wondering what solutions others have found to this problem - adjustments to bike set-up? Saddle? Specific saddles that reversed the problem? I don't experience any pain or discomfort while riding my bike. Thanks for your help.
