FS: Custom Gunnar (commuter/gravel/light mountain bike) frame

My lovely Gunnar frame is still for sale. Amazing price drop to $600 + packing and shipping! To put this in context, a full one-off custom frame like this from Gunner is $1,600. Full custom size, but she would fall around a 48 cm size or so.

I am 5'3 with an inseam of 28cm. The frame was designed with a reach of 350mm and a standover of 730.2mm. This frame has enjoyed riding long miles on country roads, VERY light mountain biking, and commuting to work. As well loved as it has been, there are only 2 chips at the bottom of one chain stay. Between my neck injury and the current state of my hand arthritis, riding just isn't in the cards for me. Currently the poor frame is bedroom wall art, and she is too beautiful to be relegated to that. She was designed for rim brakes,
