Cycling Escapes and/or other supported cycling trip companies--experiences/suggestion

I posted over in Open Topic, and it was suggested that I ask in the Touring forum. Though I'm not interested in bike touring per se , I am looking at some supported trips, and wondering if anybody has feedback about different companies. Right now I'm considering doing Cycling Escapes' Santa Monica Mountains climbing camp in March. http://cyclingescapes.com/bicycletou.../biketour.html It works well with my schedule and goals, and I could do it on a tighter budget than other trips that I've looked at. I'm also interested in doing a trip in Utah, like their 5 National Parks tour, though that might not be possible this year.

Anyway, I'm just wondering if anyone has had experience with this company, and/or with others, and have any recommendations or feedback. Thanks!
