Finally...

Going to my LBS today to hopefully test ride/buy the Straggler. I've been lusting after it ever since my Casseroll was stolen. It's my present to myself for being accepted to grad school. I'm frustrated that I'm also using my safety as a reason to buy it, (working late hours & don't want to walk home alone) but at least it's a motivator. Will post with an update!

CONGRATS on the new bike and grad school. I just rode in today to teach my last class and am a huge commuting evangelist around here. It's instant stress relief for academics :)
