Awesome! Not only are you passing the 4-lb ball back and forth but you have one foot elevated! My coach would be very proud, and I bet yours is as well :) Well done!
I thought you were going to post something like the creepy push-ups I used to do. No the same though.

It was a great workout. We started off doing overhead press, taking turns with the bar. Then did bicep curls with the same weight. We did these push ups. The first round was just flat and passing the ball. The second round we did them with one foot up. The third round we attempted doing them on the fit balls. That was pretty hilarious. It was cool doing everything with Thom because we're a team and encourage each other.
