Spinervals number 12 - a good video to do after a stressful day at work. I really didn't want to do anything; my legs are fried from my workout yesterday. I did drop set leg extensions 20 each at 100, 90, 80, 70, 60. Yep, 100 at a time - 3 sets. And of course there were other "fun" things. But, spinning my legs out for 40 minutes has made my legs and my brain feel better. :D
