Planks with your feet on a step. We first did a regular plank on the step for two minutes. Then we did side planks for a minute each side.

I can only imagine. I can barely last 1 minute of a normal plank. You're hot! :)

Bunkie planks!! One of my favorites.:D
My plank work is paying off. I skied in 22" of snow today. Normally that much snow would throw me off balance but the planks are teaching me to brace my core to stay cntered over my skis. Felt the "burn" in my glutes not so much in my quads, although they're tired too. More snow tomorrow, not sure if I have the endurance to hold up.
