Here's a good one:
http://www.terrybicycles.com/product.html?c=Jewelry ...made with real bike parts! I have a denim-blue bracelet made with chainlinks...spoke wire for the clasp.
And some others I found....

they are stainless steel. They have a chainring, a brake disc, and a suspension fork.
If you need help ordering through the german page, pm me :D
Alpine,
What does schmuck (and putz for that matter) mean in german? In yiddish, which is what is used in the usa, they are both nasty terms for male genitalia. Most people think it just means "jerk" or something like that. But it is a definite curse word in yiddish.
Sorry for going way OT but when I looked at the website you suggested many words ended in schmuck.
Bikemomma - cool sites!
I looked up bike charms and a LOT of different things came up!
Tracy :D
Thank you. Such a wealth of info. How did I ever live without this forum!
My husband looked up schmuck in german. He used a sight called babblefish. It means decoration in german. Who knew?
My hubby got me a Icelink bicycle bracelet for Christmas. They come in several different colors and some even with diamonds. Go to www.icelinkwatch.com click Collection and then Stainless. Then when you click on a size it shows you all the different colors. I have the navy and it's really neat.
omg Tator.....I love those! Neeeeato!
Schmuck means jewelry, in this context. It can mean decoration, eg. at Christmas, but primarily jewelry. Putz means decoration, accessories, also jewelry, stuff like that - imagine a rococo lady. She wears Putz. I only wear Schmuck.
I knew schmuck was a yiddish expression, and thought my deal about it but I did not know what it was referring to exactly.
hehe - there's also the "family jewels" - perhaps it has something to do with that. Makes sense anyway.
My husband can be a schmuck sometimes. Does that mean I am calling him a jewel?
yep probably. that just means you still love him. tell him that next time LOL!
I have a charm bracelet and have been collecting charms for years. Have found several bicycle charms just by perusing Nordstroms, Macy's etc. Just keep looking in the regular department stores.
My avatar came from a jewelry site - but I can't remember which one. I'll do a little search and see if i can find it again.
Oh, it's British. Here it is:
