Scott Bikes?

Anyone have experience with Scott WSD 29ers? This year I got on with a new sponsor team and next year they would like me to ride a bike they sell, Scott is the best choice. I will probably go hardtail and keep my Specialized for certain races where I want a little more plush ride racing. Although my theory is hardtail or full suspension, racing hurts so might as well get a little lighter weight for some races. I never liked Specialized WSD, I think it feels too compact even though I have a short torso. I did like Gary Fisher WSD though so I am not anti-WSD. I have longer legs for my height and short torso so it seems some WSD will work. Here is the bike I am considering:
