Desk Chair
Any one have suggestions for a cute desk chair?
i have been working from home a lot more, and I'm using a wooden dining room chair with a cushion, and it's more uncomfortable than the worst saddle you've ever tried!
I'm looking for:
-smaller sized chair, to fit in a built in kitchen desk (I might even check out something like Pottery Barn Teen, so i can find a smaller scale)
-armless
-preferably white/tan/cream, maybe even a pretty pattern
-fabric or mesh, no wood
-preferably swivel
-under $200
-would like to buy in a store so i can test it out
I don't have major ergonomic needs. I'm mostly looking for something that wouldn't look to "office-y" since it will be in my kitchen.
Not asking for much, am i? :)

I have an office chair from Ikea that's quite comfy and has proven durable, through 4 moves and a cat scratching at it because she wants attention.

You can take the arms off most swivel chairs you buy at Office Max. I have a really small inexpensive chair we did that to so I can use it at my sewing desk.

Pottery Barn Teen does have some interesting ones in your price range.
If you like modern tell your boss she/he needs to buy you a Vitra .04 :)
We have some at my office and they are very comfortable and very will madeā¦.but more than you want to spend.

That Vitra is nice looking! Pretty much the scale and design of what i was looking for.
PB Teen didn't have any of their chairs in the store, and I didn't want to order online without testing first. Plus they were pretty pricey.
I ended up getting this bungee chair from the Container Store. It also comes in a version with arms, but that one didn't fit at my desk. Bummer too, because it was very comfy. Anyway, this smaller one has worked out well. I've spent over 8 hours in it and been very comfortable. It's not exactly the look I wanted, but it will do for now.
