Insanity!
I got a wild hair and ordered the Insanity DVDs. I was starting to feel like I'm developing "little old lady jiggly arms" and I just wanted a change of pace.
OY VEY! That kicks my butt! I have never consistently done any jumping/ plyometric kind of exercises. Let me say, there is a LOT of jumping going on in these sets. I have no idea how they expect people to do them 6 days a week (maybe it's my age). I'm hoping to do them 2 days a week with running and biking in between.
Has anyone else tried this? How did you do?

The people who do this 5-6 days a week don't ride or run.
I do similar activities at the gym 2X a week and it's plenty enough. That jumping stuff works!
