300 Watts! And another bruise...
The last set on my Hillacious video has you in your hardest gear, seated for 30 seconds and then standing for 10 seconds. You do this 4 times. My first and last reps I was able to get to and maintain 22 miles an hour for the seated portion. I dropped to 18 when I stood. :D Second and third sets, I only got to 20 mph.
Still, I'm pretty happy I can put out that much power, even if it is for just a short time.
I biffed again today jumping onto the 24 inch step. Shawna had put some 12 inch hurdles and the 12, 18 and 24 inch boxes in a row. It was hurdle, box, hurdle, box, hurdle, box, hurdle. Repeat 10 times. On my third round, sixth one, I didn't get my left foot up high enough. I finished out the set, but I was really slow jumping onto the 24. Big bruise there now.
