I'm thinking tomorrow (supposed to be partly cloudy) would be a good day for me to get out and have a "mental-health-ride-the-bike" day - I'm thinking the positive vibes of a 25-30 mile ride on the SF Bay Trail sounds like just the ticket to blow the cobwebs out.
RT Emeryville to Richmond for 25, and a couple loops around the Berkeley Marina take it up to 30 miles.
Any takers?
