Has anyone ridden the GAP? My brother moved to Ohio, a short ways from Pittsburg where the trail starts. I am thinking of visiting him this summer and having him drop me at the trailhead. If I get really ambitious, I could finish off in DC by taking the C & O. If you have done this trip and have a blog, please send me a link!
There's a COTowpath yahoo group. Lots of people on it have ridden the GAP as well as the towpath.
I've done it but I don't have a blog. It was a great trip! Bring a light for the Paw-Paw tunnel.
I got an e-mail from rails to trails yesterday with an invitation to do this ride
I got that email too. That's what got me thinking. Id rather do it on my own I think or with a friend.
