Look at the way that harness hugs his man bits. Looks mighty uncomfortable and awkward. Weird for sure!
Also, while decending could be fun going up would be a chore
Imagine not being able to stop at a light and sit up and stretch...

Looks like the Laufmaschine 200 years later, except the 1817 version looks more comfortable.
That doesn't look comfortable at all! I'll stick with my regular bike, too.
