Narrow-heeled shoes
I need shoe suggestions! I've been wearing Specialized Tahoes, and while they're okay, they're too wide in the heel for me. My feet are on the narrow end of a B-width, but I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heel.
Criteria: Quite stiff sole, SPD-compatible (2- AND 3-bolt compatible would be ideal since I'm considering switching to Look-style pedals one of these days), rachet-y system rather than laces.

I love love love my Louis Garneau shoes. I have both the CFS-300 road and T-Flex 300 mtn. shoe...in men's. I have a really wide forefoot and narrow heel. Sidis fit me horribly--my heels slipped out, but they squished my toes.

I tried on some men's Sidis in a 42 (Spec shoes are 41). They fit well everywhere except the heel, as far as I can tell. There's nowhere local that carries higher-end women's shoes, unfortunately.

I have the same problem. Narrow heels, wider forefoot. My MTB shoes (specialized mens) I use on my road bike are now hurting because my heels are lifting out when I ride. I am in the market for road shoes as well as road pedals (I have spd right now). The guy at the lbs recommended Giro but of course my size was out of stock (43ish).
You said the sidi didn't fit well? Good to know, thanks :)
