GPS with Turn By Turn Navigation

I get lost all the time (even in my car with my navigation system). So, I figure that a bicycle computer that has GPS with Turn by Turn Navigation might help me. What Brand, Make, Model of GPS with Turn by Turn Navigation do you ladies own or recommend?
