I started jogging yesterday. Only went about a 1/2 mile with jogging/walking. I think I'm going to do the C25K program. I need to look into more. I was a runner back in the 80s - running 50 mpw, doing 10ks, 1/2s and marathons. This time I just want to run just to stay fit. I will probably alternate between riding/running. I need some bra advice. I'm a 38B/C, I wore a Champion C9 medium impact bra and was too 'bouncy'. Thank you
