Sometimes one wonders also it's the size of those salads which compound the problem of more sodium, etc.
I think a lot of the excess calories is the overload on dressing that comes with the salad. Even when I was fat I never used an entire dressing package that would come with these salads.
The sodium content was a surprise to me. It looks like a lot of that comes from how they prepare the meat.
