That's pretty much it...you might want to make some notes for yourself on anything that troubles you on the bike. I find that notes help me to not forget anything - a good fitting is expensive and I don't want to forget anything :cool: You will want to dress as you ordinarily would on the bike - so make sure you bring your gloves and so forth.Quote:

my guy's shop was located in a strip mall & there was a huge back parking lot I went out & rode laps inbetween some stem adjustments (besides pedaling in the trainer)
it was a 5 hour round trip drive from home so I did LOTS of laps to try & get the best jist I could without having to drive back
also, if you have any issues with your hands, head/neck, the fitter might ask what type of gear you use to see if anything else might be better for you
good luck! a fit by a skilled pro is worth it
EDIT ADD: as mentioned, shirt... & I wld recommend one of of your normal cycling jerseys or some type of fitted work-out top... it would help the fitter more easily see your body lines for posture / form as you ride & as you get measured
