Another bar-end shifter question

Starting to do the bar-end instillation and notice that these are not the same shifters in the you tube video. So I'm looking for advice. Please just tell me what needs grease and are there any tips or tricks? I'm installing installing SL-bS64-8 shifters. Thanks!

Ok, I finally just put them on and they seem to be fine. I don't have them completely hooked up to the derailleurs yet but I pulled the cables through and it all looks cool.
