I saw this yesterday. Apparently I'm just a bike rider, since I don't actually enjoy suffering. ;)
count me as amother "just a bike rider" since the last ride I did- 60km- wiped me out for 2 days, and I wasn't even pushing speed. It's gonna be a long slow climb to get myself tough enough for the cross country ride coming up in May 2012.

Count me in as a bike rider as well, but having an awfully lot of fun at it :)
I am going to have to do some suffering though to get ready for my cycling goals next summer/fall once my neck calms down - just not HIS level!
Even though a racer would consider me just a bike rider, most "normal" people would consider me a cyclist.
We all have our own level of personal suffering.
(which happens to be a lot more than the average person's)
This made me laugh so hard, I had to stop the video. I've lived with 2 racers (even junior level racers subscribe to all of these things) and it was like I was hearing my son's voice for part of it; especially the part about losing weight and being so skinny, you could see bones, so one could climb hills faster.
When I saw it for the first time the other day, I was sure: I am a CYCLIST :D
