Philip Casanta is the Norcal Representative for Polar Heart Rate Monitors and Coach for numerous local cycling and triathlete clients, as well as his developmental team Hypercat. He wants to enlighten us to the uses of heart rate training, clarifying your fitness goals, and answering questions you might already have about your heart rate monitor.
