How proud am I...
Small Girl (3) rode her purple Specialized hotwalk bike to the park, around the park many times, back from the park and back out for a lap of honour with photos and video (I'll put something up on my blog later today). I was so proud - I asked her if she wanted to go to the park, she said yes please and asked to take her bike. This has happened before, and always ended with complaints of "it's too wobbly, Mummy" even before we left the garage. Today she just got on and rode off. I had to run after her with my jaw dropped. Hurrah for stabilisers. I have a sneaking feeling that she's been riding at nursery for weeks, hurrah for them too.

Hurrah, indeed!
I remember when my 3-year-old took off on her two-wheeler for the first time and rode all over our park here. What a happy day for all of us!

Bravo for Small Girl! You must be bursting with pride! And she must be thrilled at her new accomplishment and feel "like mommy" riding a bike by herself. Happy Day :D
You're a great bicyling role model.

I'm sure this means more exploring on bikes for both of you together. That's great fun!
