Prepping for the Katy Trail

DH and I leave in a few weeks for a weeklong tour along the Katy Trail. We're doing the ride with the help of Independent Tourist. They're transporting us to the western end of the trail and then moving our bags each day to the next inn/B&B. We're both really looking forward to it. Barring bad weather, we expect it to be a pretty relaxing trip.

For those of you that live along the trail and/or who have done the route, I'm hoping for a few suggestions on places to stop along the way (restaurants, cafes, attractions, cute shops, wineries, etc.) and any other advice you might have. We have overnights in Clinton, Sedalia, Rocheport, Jefferson City, Hermann, Augusta and St. Charles.
