Seattle Weekend Ride - advice

Aloha ladies.

Hubby and I are heading back to West Seattle for 2 weeks in Aug. We will have 1 weekend to kill.

I'm thinking of returning to Victoria via Victoria Clipper on Sat. Riding some of Galloping Goose, then back to the Empress on Sat. On Sunday, riding the other way on the Goose, then back to Victoria for a 7pm Clipper return to Seattle.

Question:

Is this a good use of a Sat/Sunday? Are there other weekend rides you would recommend?

We have Bike Friday's and no rental car. However, we could grab a rental car for the weekend if it would be worth it. I'd love to get over to Rainier, but we'd also love to bike.
