Favorite beginning MTB videos?
During my lunch break today I've been checking through You Tube beginning mtb skills videos. I found a couple with good suggestions for tight turn drills - basically using a couple of shoes on grass for easy circles and figure 8's. I think this is what I most need to practice before hitting Pine Loop again. Am also practicing riding the white line on the road when there is one to help me learn to keep my line in a tight space. It may not be directly comparable, but figure it can't hurt.
Do others have suggestions/favorites for beginner skills? I realize that most women on this forum are probably not beginners...but it seemed worthy of a question ;)
