You want to sweat, check these out! My physical therapist says you can get stronger from therabands if you do them once a week, but twice a week is optimal. I find three times a week tends to burn my legs out.

I've been happy with them.
Resistance Band Training is another good resource. http://resistancebandtraining.com/ They've got a blog, exercises, and some very macho bands. I buy stuff from them, too. Also happy with them.

I got my foam roll from them. They were the only place I found that had a black one, which was the one my trainer recommended.
