Wow! Looks real. And I bet the ones who'd use it are the same ones who wear helmets.
I would guess it's a prototype. On a hot day I think a neck collar would be more uncomfortable than a helmet.
Aren't those great? Bikesnob had something to say about them recently. I agree the collar would not be comfy in the heat.
I particularly like there 'cyclist' model, LOL!
