Sit bone pain question - Ruby saddle

I have been unwilling to give up on the Ruby saddle I am trying out. I have tweaked the position of it until the only pain I am experiencing now is on the sit bone on just one side! The other side feels perfectly fine. There doesn't seem to be the chafing issue I was having before and no soft tissue pain.

I have also noticed that the muscles in my hamstrings are working more than in the past rather than my quads. I am consciously riding in a slightly more aggressive position since I thought that the Ruby was probably intended more for that type of riding. I am perfectly comfortable in that position, except, like I said, one sit bone.

I have ridden on it 4 times now, rides of 40, 20, 26 and 20 miles. I can give it longer if there is any hope that this is something I will get over. Maybe one of my sit bones is different than the other? Do I need to go to the more padded Jett? Thanks for any input.

More padded will not necessarily mean less pain, in fact it can do the opposite sometimes.
If it were me I'd give it another 3 or 4 rides to see if the sitbone pain fades away. You've only ridden about 100 miles on it so far- that's not really a huge distance. Soft tissue pain usually does not improve, but sitbone soreness can improve with more time in the saddle. Worth a shot, anyway, before changing saddles.

one sided pain - have yourself checked out for alignment of the pelvis/spine and leg length discrepancy.
