I finally did W3D1 yesterday, column 1, maxed at 11.
week 4 day 2 column 3- maxed out at 35- My trainer continues to be impressed.
I'm falling behind. Week3, Day 2, maxed out at 12!
I started the 200 situps and 200 squats programs too. My middle is so sore that I could feel it when I pumped ketchup out of the dispenser at the cafeteria:eek:

Week 4 day 3- didn't make the minimum of 35 only did 33. Another day of this one.
The push-up and squat apps are making my world a better place.
The rest timer between sets of squats or push-ups is a hoot, I either balance on one leg or juggle during the count downs. (I'm juggling my blocks, the ceiling is too low for me to juggle my clubs indoors.)
